Background:
A former mercenary commander, Dant
Fax Celestis was renowned the world over for his speed. Battle
prowess, not always, but speed, yes. After all, speed kills. Fax
Celestis (Fax for short) only held office for a short period of
time before being assassinated by CSC infiltrators.
During his time in office, however,
Fax was able to accomplish a few things. Officially declaring the
Duchy of Kildare in a permanent state of martial law and moving
the military there, he immediately began the development of
several new weapons and began setting up branches of the military
for special operations.
Fax Celestis also introduced the
ranking system used within Shireroth's military today (from
highest to lowest):
Fax Celestis also oversaw the development of the new HTML bomb and the modification of the traditional "smiley-bomb" into the new "pic-bomb." These two new weapons were not to be used until the war with Amerada, which was after Fax's untimely passing. His son, Fax Celestis II, was more than happy to unleash both onto their unwitting enemies. Fax Celestis was Steward for a short while, during which time an uprising in the region of Yardistan attempted to claim the throne of Shireroth. Seeing the need for immediate action, Fax Celestis moved the throne to Kildare until the situation settled. And settle it did, but only through the intervention of Death himself, in the form of Kaiser Mortis Mercator I.
Recently, he has been raised from death by his son, Fax Celestis II.
